Terms of use
Last updated: 27 July 2026
By using webcraft (from here on, “the site”) you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.
1. What the service is
The site offers, free of charge, a game that runs in your browser. It requires no registration and no payment. It is funded by advertising. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time, without prior notice.
2. The service is provided “as is”, with no warranties
The site is offered as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranty of any kind, express or implied, as to its operation, its continuity, the absence of errors or its fitness for a particular purpose. In particular:
- We do not guarantee that your worlds will be preserved. They are stored only in your browser's local storage and can be lost if you clear the site's data, change device or browser, or if your browser frees up space. Back up whatever matters to you.
- We do not guarantee compatibility with every browser, device, server version or configuration.
- We do not guarantee the availability of the third-party services the site relies on (hosting, connection proxy, signalling servers).
3. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for the loss of data, saved games or play time arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the site. You use the site at your own risk.
4. Acceptable conduct
In using the site you undertake not to:
- use it for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others;
- harass, threaten or impersonate other people, or spread offensive, sexual or violent content in chat, in player names or in shared games;
- connect to third-party servers in breach of their rules, or use the site to attack, flood or compromise servers belonging to others;
- automate mass requests, interfere with the site's infrastructure or attempt to reach non-public parts of it;
- manipulate the advertising: clicking on ads artificially, encouraging clicks or using ad fraud tools;
- redistribute the site while passing it off as somebody else's official product.
You are welcome to use an ad blocker if you want to; the game will keep working. It is simply that advertising is what pays for the hosting.
5. Content you create
The worlds, builds and text you produce are yours and stay on your device. You are responsible for what you build and write, especially when you share a game with other people.
6. Third-party services and links
The site lets you connect to third-party servers and displays ads served by an external ad network. Those services have their own terms and policies and are not under our control. We are not responsible for their content or their practices. See the privacy policy to find out how this affects your data.
7. Intellectual property
webcraft is an independent, unofficial project. It is not developed, sponsored, approved by or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft, nor with any other video game company.
The site's code is a work derived from the open source project zardoy/minecraft-web-client, distributed under the MIT license, whose copyright notices are preserved. The original software and its dependencies belong to their respective authors.
All trademarks, trade names and logos mentioned belong to their owners and are cited purely for descriptive purposes, to indicate technical compatibility. Mentioning them implies no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement whatsoever. If you are a rights holder and believe that some element of the site infringes your rights, write to us at [EMAIL_DE_CONTACTO] and we will take it down.
8. Advertising
The site shows an ad strip that never covers the play area. The ads are selected and served by an external ad network; we do not control which particular ad is shown at any given moment. If you see inappropriate advertising, tell us at [EMAIL_DE_CONTACTO] with a screenshot and we will block it.
9. Children
The site is not aimed at children under 13. If you are below the minimum age your country's law sets for accepting these terms, you need permission from your parent or legal guardian to use the site.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its last updated date. If you carry on using the site after a change, you are taken to have accepted it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of [PAIS]. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of [PAIS], without prejudice to any right consumer law grants users to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
12. Contact
For anything relating to these terms: [EMAIL_DE_CONTACTO].
